"Was discharged home from the hospital with a broken pelvis after hit and run motorcycle accident and my daughter went to pick up meds so I’d have them when I got home. When I went to take my OxyContin there was none. When we called to find out where my meds were, they said they don’t fill OxyContin so now here I am, at home, with no pain control. Why didn’t you inform my daughter you didn’t complete the order?! We will never use CVS again."

"Money Gram Service is not working, According with the information provides for the cashier(employee) the red phone of the Money Gram of the Kiosk is not working for more than one month. In one ocassion 3 months ago may be, I was doing a transaction by phone and the communication was failed in the in the middle of the conversation with customer services' assistant. Saturday, July 15th/ 2023. 9:00 A.M approx."

"Male worker had a nutcase fit when I commented about a skeleton, the opposite of health, hanging in plain sight on shelf wall behind the cashier...a month or two, back. It had hospital scrubs, black death behind eye orbits...thought: who needs or wants to see a symbol of death, while waiting for our orders, to maintain health, after all those people, some Healthcare workers, have suffered and died from covid and other tragedy? Suggested it should be placed in background, not up front for customers to see. How about something positive? Dude walked over from nowhere, snatched it off, about 18 to 20 inch thing, and violently threw it down with a nasty remark, and angry, red face, all disturbed. Very unwarranted, unprofessional behavior! Get a grip! Boys and their nonsense toys, or what? Nothing was said to him, so, they tolerate such outbursts? I will always stand for the good, no matter what kind of evil gets flushed down, and is already defeated!"

"These people are so rude. Stood at the desk for 10 min but nobody would even acknowledge me. They would just walk passed and not even look at me. Finally got somebody and they told me they no longer do walk ins for COVID. I showed them the text from CVS that told me to come in today. Me: No problem, can I make an appointment? CVS: NO! Only on the website. So basically their system is messed up, but when I came in if they had just treated me like a human I could have gone about my day. When I told her how frustrated I was she got mad at me, then one or the girls that had ignoring me the whole time starts chiming in. Unprofessional, never going beck to CVS."
