"Walgreen’s need to improve on customer service, it has really gone down in the past few years. When you call in to inquire on prescriptions, they’re really nasty or you’re put on hold forever!! Everyone has an attitude. Without the customer, there’s no need for them."
"As a retail location customer service is paramount. The service here is below acceptable. When you are waiting in the second lane of the drive though and ignored as the window assists three cars is not acceptable at all. Being forced to enter the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and complain to the pharmacist who didn’t bother to simply say “I’m sorry it happened” is the minimum that should have happened and would have made it better. Needless to say I won’t be returning and will avoid this pharmacy."
"I spent an hour in the drive through pharmacy line with only 2 people ahead of me. I called while I was in line and never got an answer. When I finally got to the window I sat 10 minutes there waiting as well. I also noticed that the phone was just hanging off the hook, the pharmacist was throwing medications into a crevice behind a register, and the pharmacy tech that finally dealt with me wasnt courteous at all"
