"I transferred my prescriptions to HEB from Walgreens. Very good decision. The staff is very friendly, even when busy. I had 2 prescriptions that were supposed to be filled in 2 days. When I called in and asked if I could get them sooner, they said that they would be ready in an hour."

"Received phone call for prescription refill that would be ready on a Monday at 2pm. Went at 5pm for pick up and the staff were incredibly rude and condescending. Stating "You didn't get a phone call" or sarcastically saying "what a mystery". Even when telling them I'd like to opt out of the phone calls and being assured this would happen, I still continuously receive them. When talking with the pharmacist on follow up, she was more amenable than the staff but still presented a tone of lack of concern or care. Empathy and trust should be the backbone and core values of any healthcare team. As a provider, I would never treat a patient the way they handled this and nor will I ever recommend anyone here."

"Everyone in the pharmacy is always very helpful and kind. It is greatly appreciated! The lady with red hair has helped me many times. She is always cheerful and happy to help. I love her positive attitude and wish I could be more like her. I say everyone in the pharmacy deserves a raise and an appreciation luncheon! I am so glad I switched to HEB!"

"Friendly service. However, they sometimes take a long time to process prescriptions. Some medications are not filled in store, but at H‑E‑B’s central pharmacy and shipped to the store. That means no same-day pickup. Sometimes it takes 2 or more days for prescription to be ready for pickup."
