"at one time I gave this compound pharmacy a high rating but after the stress & bs this month I was told by Carmen after seven plus years of being a customer that next month, they will not be able to make my medication how she knows that in 30 days she will not have the stuff to make My medication is beyond on my realm of thinking I contacted the corporate office in New York I spoke with Mary who was very nice, but she is not the one to handle this and I never heard back from anyone that does. My medication is very hard to come by but my doctor is very on top of things and thank goodness I did finally get it somewhere that could make it. I believe that since Carmen took over at the first of the year and my other compound medication was out of refills this month that she just did not want me to come back to the compound any longer, this is fine because ever since she took over at the first of the year every month my medication has gone up by five or six dollars without any notification. It has really became ridiculous. Plus they never call me. I will ask them to make a note in the computer & she tells me they will. I will wind up calling them before and then my medication will never be ready when I called them the day of pick up, this compound is totally unorganized. I would not recommend it to anyone even my doctor when Carmen first started over there at the first of the year asked me if there was not somewhere else they could send it. Ridiculous."

"Constantly increasing their prices! Said they are raising costs incrementally. Raised costs 3 months in a row! Meds don’t feel right either. Not sure their compounding is accurate."

"It's frustrating to need medicine for your child ASAP (turned in Monday evening) and not be told that an ingredient needs to be ordered and the meds won't be ready until Friday. We weren't given the opportunity to take it elsewhere. We got a voicemail that it was ready on Friday. Great. Husband leaves work early in the pouring rain and gets there at 5:20 only to discover the pharmacy closed early. No notice, note, etc. So now my son has to go until Monday until he can start his medication. This is the last time we use this pharmacy. If we need a compound pharmacy again, we will drive further and go elsewhere. I suggest you do the same."

"I've been using Pharmacy Innovation for 5 years. Never had a problem. They have always called if there is a delay on stock for compounds. Answer any questions or concerns I might have. Very informative in my opinion."
