"The pharmacist is rude ! She forcibly insisted me to take heart medication that I have never asked for and even my doctor did not prescribe. Without my permission, she sent a fax to the doctor asking for approval of that medicine and somehow managed to get the approval and included that medication in my refill order list without my knowledge. This is a complete violation of patient privacy and also threating to patient health because that medication might have serious side effect. Under this circumstance, I will never feel safe to buy prescription medicine from CVS pharmacy !"
"Every one here is always nice but today someone really went above and beyond. I am sorry I did not get his name. They ran out of my meds and I was going away. He called all over looking for it including New Orleans ( where I was going to start my cruise) to find it. He didn't sound rushed or bothered that he had to do this for me at all. Thank you!"
