"I can no longer come here during my lunch break to pick up scripts bc they close for lunch. At first i thought this was a temporary covid thing but its permanent. Someone needs to tell the manager most people work and have to pick up scripts during lunch break or after work. Now i have to go during the after work rush and the wait is always at least 20-40 minutes. Only store in Houston that closes for lunch break. Might switch to CVS bc of this."

"This pharmacy takes forever and rarely gets anything right. If they were not in a convenient location I don’t think many people would come."

"It sucks! Drive through is a nightmare. Always check the medicines before pickup. They wont tell you that they don’t have it, you go home and you find out they are missing some of your medication. Im close to the location otherwise I would never get my medication here. I dropped my medication an hour ago and i got a message saying my medication is ready. I have been in drive through for 30 mins now bc someone forgot to make my prescription ready. The lady behind the microphone is somewhat borderline too. Keep asking the same question, gave me incomplete medicine and now still waiting on her bc she forgot im still waiting. Another car is yelling too here looking for pharmacy mgr. A nightmare for sick patients! Avoid and find a local pharmacy which is not w chain brand."

"Don't know about the pharmacy but the customer service is horrible. I was trying to explain that incompetent machine which talks like a person my details but since it's a machine, it kept messing up. And then I was on hold to talk to an actual person for about 13 mins before I hung up. No one answered the phone."
