"Got discharged last week with a pic line and antibiotics delivery went fine. Went back to er yesterday worsening of symptoms. Got discharged from memorial Hermann er and the nurse practitioner spoke to memorial Hermann specialty pharmacy who assured the medications this morning meaning I will only miss one dose. I have called all day pharmacy had so many excuses from its still in transit, wrong medication was delivered to we are still mixing it. It's 745pm I've missed 3 doses and they promised the er only one dose would be missed. Im beyond unsatisfied. I have severe pneumonia and a pic line. I should have used deliverit pharmacy or Southside where I know I would not have had any issues."
