"How can I get service when I’m constantly put on hold? They pick up and immediately they’ll put me on hold. I can’t even understand what was said and i hear the music again. It’s 15 minutes and about 6th time already. But once they do, the staff was nice. I’m just giving it a satisfactory rating. I called other pharmacy, particularly on Mason near I10 and Ms . Bonnie was very nice and i didn’t feel rushed at all. She even checked without me asking so that I don’t have to call all other pharmacies. Meanwhile the staff for this branch just said she wouldn’t know. It was probably too busy for her to go and check, and I’m not going to being in profits for her branch. So it’s understandable."

"I honestly don't get it. This is the slowest pharmacy in America. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, you're going to be waiting for atleast an hour."

"This is my favorite pharmacy the staff is always friendly and professional. Recently, I had an incident where my child's pediatrician prescribed double the dosage size for my child's age and weight. The pharmacists held the medication because he didn't feel comfortable giving a child such a high dosage. Turns out the doctor and/or nurse made a mistake! I'm so glad the pharmacist asked questions and took his job and oath seriously!"

"If there was a zero star I was going to give this pharmacy a zero star. Unprofessional stuff I had an appointment for my COVID-19 vaccine I arrive 30 minutes before my appointment and waited one hour and still didn’t receive my vaccine and had leave. I don’t recommend this pharmacy for Covid-19 vaccine, it’s Walid of time."

"This location is horrible, wish there was another Walgreens in old Katy. Service terrible and slow, poor customer service, long wait times, forget the drive thru."
