"I will say the staff is super friendly but I moved to HEB hoping it would be better than CVS and in the end it’s not. I’m told a prescription would be ready at a certain time it’s not. Told I would receive a text when it’s ready. I did not. I have to call on it. And it was a prescription I really needed like that day and was supposedly ready is 30 mins. I waited an hour at the store. Then ended up having to call 4 hours later to be told it was ready. Idk just disappointing"
