CVS Pharmacy

"Even when it’s discretionary to sell syringes without prescription the lady here told me that CVS policy is that I need a prescription with them to buy syringes. I was telling her that I would show my prescription in other pharmacy that was already closed but she was not even willing to check or help me. Such a rude person to be working with the public in a pharmacy. She didn’t even care if they were IM syringes or insulin."

"This pharmacy is terrible, I needed to pick up my medicines, they are important. We with my parents waited 10 mins, and nothing! They be like: oh, were busy, dude seriously? What if it was really important? But they said they're busy, but be for real, one of them is just eating a snack? Uhm, and others are just standin' like nothing? I regret going in this pharmacy, and I don't recommend visiting this pharmacy."

"The worst pharmacy ever! You would die before getting your medicine. Every single time we have to wait 1hour or more just to get our medicine. You wait and wait and wait and you get to the window and you are already prepared to give them your ID , Insurance card and they ask you to wait or come back after couple of hours to prepare your medication that has been there since 2 days (giving them time to prepare it) and you still need to wait which is doesn’t make sense. You gave the worker their your ID and Insurance card (that covers all your medications) and they ask you if you would like to pay from your own pocket! Then why I gave you my insurance card that I already know that covers my bill!!!! If you don’t want to work and get your work done perfectly then why you are here!!!! Just wasting our time."

"the worst service, every month it is an issue for my son's medication, they send me texts saying that the medicine is ready to pick up they make me waste my time, I come wait 10 to 15 minutes and tell me that it is not ready yet that it happens more late, are you serious? It's not the first time it's happened to me, that's why I'm making this review! They should improve the staff at the drive truh!"
