"This place sucks, can't get a pharmacist on the phone directly. they're automated system just keeps rerouting you and when you do finally get to the pharmacists you are put on hold for 20 minutes or longer. All just to verify if they have a medication that my other pharmacy didn't have in stock. They never did pick up. Fortunately I called Walgreens on Corbitt and FM 1463 and they answered the phone right away and had my meds."

So they refuse to answer so they can go to lunch. I’m switching my pharmacy store. This customer is the worst ever. This is absolutely unacceptable!!"
