"I pulled up to the pharmacy drive-thru on a Saturday at about 5:40 p.m. just as I pulled up to the window I see the window blind drop like a rock. Rude! You need a better way of alerting customers you are not going to serve them or treat them by your company motto of "Living our Purpose, Vision, and Values." It's as simple as dropping an orange traffic cone behind the last car you want to serve. I will keep everyone updated on how the last drive-thru customers are alerted that they are about to close."
