"I hadn't visited this HEB in at least 3 years. It has been remodeled with nice restrooms, a drive-thru pharmacy, an attractive curb appeal, and much improved in-store lighting. While the store is a smaller HEB, it is nice. It doesn't have all the items larger HEB stores have, but it is nice for a neighborhood HEB. I'm glad to see this store no. 35 is still alive. My mom loved this store. I recall many trips to this store in Jr. High - High School years. I pass it on my way home from work and might just become my stop because it's easy to get in and out. Gets 5 ***** for food. Gets 2 ** for service."

"Very small HEB. But is has everything. The parking lot is on a fairly steep grade so be mindful of that. Super clean and the lines are usually short at this one. Beer selection is small but it has the essentials. Wine selection is alright. There are 2 more HEBs very close to this one which explains why this one is small and lacks variety. Bit the store itself is wonderful and has a great pharmacy as well. Super easy to stop in and grab something. Located right off 281 so it's extremely convenient Love this HEB!!"

"It's an older store so not as fancy as a new one, but it's clean, the staff is friendly, and it's the nearest HEB that consistently has the Hill Country Fair diet grape soda. I've tried several times to get HEB to carry it at my normal store (Oaks Crossing in Stone Oak). But I'm happy they still carry it somewhere. There are few places left that sell grape soda and the HCF is the only diet grape soda to be found anywhere these days."

"This is a smaller HEB than most of the other neighborhood ones around San Antonio. You'll still find your familiar produce and snacks, but you'll be missing out on products that are more specialized. Prices are very comparable to the other HEBs in the city. Parking is ample and curb side pickup is available."
