"Brook Hollow Store: The blonde female and heavyset male there at the window rarely get to me quickly. I usually end up standing at the window for 5-7 minutes before being acknowledged. I asked about a medicines price. I felt 3 bottles at $150 was extreme. The blonde said that's what it cost. So I asked how much for just one bottle. She replies "$33.00". I then say, "It's $33 per bottle but $150 for 3"? She looked at me like I was dumb, and said nothing. I said give me 3 bottles separately and I'll get that. I paid $99+tax for 3 bottles, vice $150 for the group of bottles. Update: I now purchase all my meds through the pharmacy website from my medical policy (UHC). They're absolutely cheaper, better quality, and they are shipped directly to my home."

"Always understaffed and no one is ever at the window to pick up your subscription. 5 people in line waiting and employees running back and forth pretending they are busy."

"Rick, the pharmacist was so helpful, he explained the insurance process clearly and was quick to get my RX filled. His manner was polite, confident and helpful. I will continue to use this pharmacy now for all my needs."

"I went to pick up a prescription and it was too early to fill, which is fine except instead of telling me they said it would be ready in 20 min. So I waited 20... 30... 40 min and it wasn't until I went up and asked about it that they told me it was too early to fill (by this point I already ran over on my lunch hour by 10 min). So, I let the pharmacy technician (the same lady who made me wait 40 min before letting me know I couldn't fill it) that there is a CVS and Walmart closer to my work and can I get my prescription back so I can drop it off at one of those locations. She then told me it's easier to transfer and to just call them when I know what location I want to transfer it to. I decided on Walmart, call them back and ask them to transfer, THEN i'm told "no, the other pharmacy is supposed to call." I said I don't have their number and even if I did, I was told to call HEB and I just got done waiting around in your store for 40 min. They said they would call Walmart and have it transferred. When I had a couple minutes, I looked up the Walmart number, and called to verify they received it and to ask what date can I pick it up. Guess what, they didn't have it. At this point i'm like look, I wasted 40 min on a prescription I can't fill until next week and another 15 min playing phone tag trying to figure out exactly when I can pick it up and to verify it will be ready when I come in because I don't want to waste another lunch hour on this. I was already annoyed that HEB didn't tell me right off that I couldn't fill it, but then to tell me it's easier to transfer WHEN CLEARLY IT ISN'T!!! Really annoyed me. Anyways, maybe customer service is NOT this HEB's strong suit. Walmart on the other hand was very helpful and I plan on using them to fill my prescriptions moving forward."
