"University has great customer service although when I was going in to pick up meds for my Grandma I couldn’t help but notice how mistreated the techs are by other staff. It’s unprofessional and shows lack of respect for each other as well explains why the line is so long, maybe if they worried about the customers this wouldn’t happen. The pharmacy may be a good place for picking up but second think making that your career. Very ignorant and egotistical people working here. Sad place to be."

"Very professional and supportive staff. Although parking is an issue since it is located inside the hospital, they are able to mail the prescribed medications to me, so I use that method."

"Pharmacist has been great and explains well. Kim who works the window is one of the most incompetent individuals I have ever met, let alone at a pharmacy. I was initially told 15-20 . Waited 25 min then went back up and asked for an update. She tells me it will be another 15-20 min. I express my frustration and she has the audacity to sign as if I am the problem!! If she doesn’t want to deal with situations where her unit messes up the estimate, Kim should not be working here. I have a critical condition son at home and am told not to leave him with just one person for more than an hour. This is the first time we have since being discharged. Very poor attitude from Kim. If you have the choice I would recommend to choose another pharmacy or avoid this one when Kim is working"

"I do not recommend anybody using the ER I went to the ER this morning at 930 and was not seen till 845 pm was asking for pain meds through the day and they just kept telling me we will call u up in a bit .worst experience ever"

"Excellent brand new hospital. I have been attending University hospital since 2005. I got my Liver transplant June 15th 2011. I saw it being built, brand new hospital. I will be attending next week for my 11th year anniversary transplant of my liver and kidney. Only bad thing I have to say is parking. it has been very complicated since the construction has been going on all of these years."
