Walgreens Pharmacy

"Using this location for years...Clearly understaffed, long lines inside & drive-thru, meds often delayed days, register person M. incredibly rude time after time, even giving me misinformation (today with an attitude, never an apology). When I questioned how much my prescription would be with GoodRX vs insurance she just told me insurance was always best and to step aside so she could help the person behind me, who she also berated and talked dismissively to (about her address not matching)."

"Attention! You may reconsider moving your Rx list to this location. 4 out 5 times in the last 2 months I have went to pick up my parents meds, they have been closed (just the pharmacy, not the store) by the managing pharmacist. I’m sure this is likely a staffing problem, but I’m transferring our family prescriptions so it will no longer be ours. Strange days indeed."

"So the pharmacy manager at this location thinks that it is okay to shut doors and windows on people who are waiting to pick up their prescriptions without any explanation. Turns out that they were giving a lunch break altogether between 01.30pm to 2.00pm every weekdays. I understand that you need to take lunch but that is your problem to solve. Beside everything, you cannot just close the doors and windows on customers face. I will never come to this pharmacy ever again."

"Pharmacy part of this Walgreens is awful!! Waited over 2 hours for them to tell me they don’t have script. Went after an hour and she didn’t mention it then. Then she was rude that she had called me “right away” and I didn’t answer."

"This pharmacy sucks! I am suffering from Covid and my doctor sent 3 prescriptions. When I called it showed 3 pending. I waited and checked back, now it only showed 2. I talked to someone who said no, you Dr will have to call us. I told her there were 3 before and she simply responded "I'll check after lunch" and hung up!! Very unprofessional behavior!!"
