"Crystal, Crystal, Crystal, what can I say about this supposed manager? She needs WAY more training. She was asked to support her employee at the checkout because he needed help with the return that my wife had come in to take care of. Crystal was getting frustrated because she didn't know how to do the online refund without the RFN number. She kept demanding the RFN number that was not on any of the three emails received after the online purchase. Instead of finding a solution, Crystal then started talking to my wife like she didn't understand what she wanted. Crystal began raising her voice still insisting she wanted the RFN number. I was sitting back watching all of this happen and not saying anything. After many words exchanged still pushing for this RFN number. My wife continued explaining we were told by the manager over the phone to just come into the store and would receive a refund. The three emails showed proof it was purchased at that location and she remembered selling the item to us. Unfortunately, she wasn't there so we had the unfortunate dealings with Crystal. So, what now? Again, instead of finding another solution, Crystal, just starts showing examples of what an RFN number is.... okay, how can we give you something we never received? I just couldn't take Crystal continuing to talk down to my wife and when I interjected and informed Crystal of her error in how she was speaking to my wife, she only got louder trying to defend her actions. Her frustration in the situation made everything worse, her solution was to call the cops. Seriously? She seriously doesn't know how to de-escalate or manage situations. That was her immediate reaction. So she called an employee named Carlos and told him to call the cops, he immediately came over and handled the refund with ease. Crystal, now standing in her embarrassment, had not one remorseful bone in her body. The manager Carlos apologized and shook my wife's hand. Sadly, Crystal still yelling her innocence as we walked out the door of the store. She's sadly blinded by pride with no room to learn or improve."

"I always go in there late night tip. The guy with the glass must be getting ridiculed or harass telepathically. Me I always go in and the same items all the time . Can yall please stop harassing him telepathically. Y'all need to call him by telephone or text next time please...."

"Went in for a vaccine late at night and the service was not bad. The assistant was quick when checking the records and giving us the paperwork. The vaccine was given shortly after that. Good service from everyone there."

"I called their phone number to ask about getting a very important RX filled & I had a question so needed to speak to someone in the pharmacy. The recording said they are busy helping other customers and would take my call as soon as possible and that there were 2 callers ahead of me, which is not an issue. I patiently waited and then at 13 minutes the phone finally started ringing as if it was my turn. It rang a long time and then put me back on hold but no longer saying anyone was ahead of me. At almost 14 minutes wait time, the phone finally started ringing again and it rang a long time, until it was a 15 minute and 10 second wait time and then it HUNG up on me! So I wasted 15 minutes and 10 seconds and never got to speak to anyone, nor get any help."

"this place is usually always clean but what bring it down is there slow slow slow cashiers/associates. especially this one particular older man wearing glasses. he is very friendly but doesn't know how to talk on his head phones and continue to work. he will stop what he is doing just to talk on the head set even is he has a huge line waiting. it seams like it takes almost 10 minutes or more just scanning one person's 3 items. its frustrating when you go there to purchase stuff to avoid hebs long lines yet you go there and its even worse waiting in line at HEB."
