"This place is a very unorganized Joke!Then had the audacity to say I kept hanging up on him .Stop your lying!!! They tell me they're waiting on the insurance company and they tell the insurance they are waiting on a few more things from the doctor which they had told me they already the paperwork from the doctor's office so who's lying?? Don't use this place my husband's in so much pain and now we have to wait till Wednesday because Monday is a holiday Smdfh I do not recommend this place to anyone and their staff isn't very friendly either."
"Extremely rude service!!! I had to follow up multiple times for my prescription. Each time they did not have my information on file and had to ask for it which is very suspicious considering they are asking for my social as well. And finally when they got the prescription set up the pharmacist hung up on me before I could ask when I can expect the delivery or about a consult. And then he had the audacity to yell at me for calling back to ask for a time frame. This prescription has already been delayed 3 weeks it’s not that hard to have accountability or to keep your customers properly informed. You are dealing with drugs it is tour job to answer all of my questions about the drug beforehand"
"The worst pharmacy ever. I got there at 5:48 pm on Friday to get my prescriptions before they closed for the weekend, and the doors were locked, lights off, and no one inside. Monday I picked them up and asked about them closing early. The old man said, " I don't know what clock you were looking at, but I was here until 6" No, he wasn't! I actually took a photo of the establishment being closed with a time stamp of 5:48 pm. I didn't get an apology. Imagine if I relied on heart meds, or life saving insulin?? very unprofessional, and lied straight to my face."
"I ordered a wheelchair and it was defective and broke in less than 2 months of use. When calling to follow up on the claim, the manager yelled at me and would not let me explain the purpose of my call. This person was very rude and made me feel bad. They said they would bring me the wheelchair yesterday and they didn't bring it. Then they said they would bring it today and they did not bring it. This man said we didn't have to call like they were doing me a favor. Now I call and they put me on hold and then they end the call"
