"I love Champs Pharmacy! I’ve been filling my Rxs here for a little over 6 months now. Every time I come for pick up, the staff is always so courteous and professional and I’m greeted with a warm welcome. They stay on top of their communication when trying to get a hold of me or if I forgot my meds were ready for pick up. As someone who travels a lot for work, those simple reminder calls help a lot! Ruby, pharmacist, is always such a pleasure to see. She helped me tremendously when I was having issues getting the right my script from my primary. Even though there are closer pharmacies on my side of town on the far west side, I go out of my way to come to Champs because of the excellent service & staff! :)"

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. Only come here if you want all of your prescriptions and their instructions shouted out to anyone in the pharmacy with you. I heard everything about the lady in front of me and her directions for her medications- with more then 6 ft in between us. I was asked point blank- 2 times for anyone to hear bc this was shouted from behind the 2nd counter- did I have covid- bc I was wearing a mask and was there to get my husband's prescriptions bc he has covid. I asked her what the first time and she repeated the question. I told her no I had tested negative. I told the cashier Ruby Dezavala- that all of these things were against hippa and she shouldn't be doing them. She said yeah ok."

"Pharmacy staff tell me medication price of $199. I call again and try to pay over the phone since I am sending else to pick it up. They tell me it’s preferred to pay in person. Then I send my credit card and they charge me $384! How does the price change that much?! Terrible! Something isn’t right about this place."

"I got my blood pressure cuff here. The woman in pharmacy side were friendly. The equipment gentleman who helped was not friendly. He barely acknowledged me. I had to ring a bell so he would attend me after the pharmacist saw me standing a while she said you can ring the bell and then finally he came. He just needs a little customer service. The pharmacy gets 5/5 the gentleman wish he was friendlier"
