"After months since 7/2023 the manager had to make a personal delivery.. it’s never failed that staff here monthly blunder with my delivery having to make multiple deliveries, having drivers say they been here and haven’t. The ladies when I call to confirm my delivery they can’t seem to give the proper response it’s always inaccurate.. I had to escalate to mgr and was finally this month taken care of by management…. Ladies it’s not hard to pay attention to detail and always show customer concern with their queries. I’d never call if it weren’t warranted monthly !"
