"I just spent 51min in the pharmacy drive thru…and there were only 2 cars ahead of me!! My mom will be changing her pharmacy ASAP!"
"Worst ever pharmacy. Please don't go here of you are sick or injured, oh wait that's who goes to the pharmacy. No one ever told them. They are the rudest, non caring, horrible staff. The pharmacist Janin will scold you for talking to her or asking questions. I mean sure, who wants to know about things they are putting in their body? Then Sarah just says no when you ask a question about where your prescription is. Huh? That doesn't make sense. They clearly do not care. You are a number and they just want you to go away so they can move on to the next person. So incredibly sad and awful that sick people are dealing with this."
"Terribly slow and ALWAYS has a long drive through line as well as a long line at the pharmacy counter. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to another neighboring location."
"This particular pharmacy has people working there with lack of customer service skills, empathy or anything else. I received a text stating my prescription was ready the day before. I went to pickup my prescription and advised the tech I was in a hurry to get to work. The young lady behind the counter proceeded to look for my prescription (which I was alerted was ready) moving very slowly. She then went to another cashier about who stated “I had to wait due to the people already in the drive thru.” At this point I’m getting irritated after I stated I’m in a hurry, my prescription was supposed to be ready. The young lady advised me it was ready, but yet she is still walking around looking for it. I advised that we had two very different meanings of ready. At this point they had to have a new count of the prescription made. There was no apology for the inconvenience, unprofessionalism from the employees and disregard of my time. My suggestion is someone needs to clean house or offer training in customer service. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY EVEN IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT IT IS READY!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!"
