"I was very disappointed in the service I received at the pharmacy today. I had the flu and has just picked up my husband from the hospital after he had two stints put in for his heart and all we needed to do was pick up some pedialit and his meds. We waited in line for over 10 minutes and that was with one customer in front of us. By the time we were serviced, there was a line of three people deep. The icing on the cake was when, the lady rang up our items and I paid, but the machine would not produce a receipt and so they did not know if the transaction had gone thru and she asked me to check my bank to see if it did, which I could not do, and so she rang me up again and the charge did go thru and I asked if they could void out the first transaction so that I would not be charged twice and they stated that they could not so I should just call my bank. And guess what I did and you guys charged me twice for the same items so now you will find yourself in a dispute claim with Wells Fargo. I am so glad I do not use your pharmacy for anything anymore all my future business is going to Kroger."

"If you can go to any other pharmacy then do it!!!! This pharmacy is horrible! I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. I will now go back for a prescription for the fourth time after being told it would be ready at 6 pm [I called at 1pm] 3 times! the hilarious thing is that it is prepackaged and all they have to do is print a patient sticker to put on the box."

"The service is very, very, slow. Watching from standing in line, the service rep is just moving slow and had difficulty finding the RXs, and needed help from other members of the team to locate the orders, on all three customers in front of me. This has occurred multiple times visiting this pharmacy."

"The pharmacy is so slow!! I dread coming. Every time I have to pick up meds (morning, noon, or night) the line is 5+ cars deep outside,and even more people in line inside. Inside, I see pharmacists moving slowly, laughing with coworkers, and not even trying to get customers taken care of in a timely manner."

"No More David please. David has a poor attitude and work ethic and is just plain rude. I use CVS for my prescriptions and unfortunately have to deal with him regularly. Every experience with him is a bad one and I come away from the store upset. He is well known around our area for his bad attitude and poor service"
