"Couple days ago I came to make a return. I actually like the brand and the stuff they have. But let me tell you- the old women who work here are the worst. At first I thought they were just rude to me but reading the reviews it looks like they are just unclassy rude unhappy old women. Then way they talked to me, looked at me, didn’t smile, and everything about them screamed rude! So many other places to shop for kid clothes. I won’t be returning."

"I love the brand but not liking to shop from this location. Online is the way to go for me! The people that work in this particular location are extremely awkward and not so friendly. I always feel uncomfortable shopping here even though I always end up buying staff. But the ladies that work there are a bit older, they always stare at you very judgmental the whole time, (and I mean you get the look like they’re checking you out if you’re stealing or not), they get obviously frustrated if you start looking for a size through the hangers, if you’re just walking around looking through the clothing- you get the look, etc. …..ugh so many examples. Not to mention they do not price match their items in store to the ones on the official website which I find weird (like why not?!). Just save your money and order online."

"UPDATE: 11th November 2019 Below incident has been a while. It's only fair that I update our latest store experience. We have not seen the store manager that we had an incident with on our recent visits. There are new faces but they are all helpful and courteous. ========================================== “Disgusted” 15 December 2018, early afternoon. Janie and Jack store, Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg. Came in looking to get some new clothes for my 3-year old daughter and 11-month old son for Christmas. While shopping, store was packed with people, a staff (turned out to be the manager, we didn’t know then) approached my wife and daughter about the dress the latter was wearing. My wife was surprised, taken aback by this “manager’s” approach, her tone was accusing and demeaning. My wife kept her composure and nicely replied that the dress was my daughter’s, and which was bought days before (one of the lady store staff, was not able to get her name, even remembered us the day we bought it). The woman replied in an outright sarcastic and still accusing tone “Are you sure? That’s her dress?” At this point, my wife could not take this woman’s manners (or lack thereof) anymore and could no longer hold back her emotions. She sternly and irately addressed the “manager” if she wanted proof. Suddenly, the woman started walking away, ignoring my wife completely, and went directly to the store’s backroom. She left my wife there hanging, unpacified, and no explanations. We asked one of the other staff if we could speak with the store manager to file a complaint but turned out that that woman was. We insisted on wanting to speak with her but the other staff said, “she is busy with something.” Worst part of this ordeal, while everything is happening, my daughter kept on saying in a scared, sad tone “mommy, this is my dress.” The look on her face just crushed our hearts. She may be just three but she is smart. She knows she was accused of something that was false. We assured her she did nothing wrong and that was her dress all along. When we left the store, my wife was in tears because she was so furious and have never been humiliated that way ever. We still cannot believe that the manager had NO REMORSE, totally DISRESPECTFUL, and had NO DECENCY to face us and apologize. Janie and Jack this sort of people will tarnish your brand. Completely disgusted and so disappointed!"

"I have always had a bad experience in this store. The people working here are super unfriendly. They look at you super suspiciously when you are browsing through the store. I have walked out the store without buying anything more than once because of how uncomfortable that made me feel. And the prices in this store are definitely jacked up more than any of the other stores. I go to another location and get the same thing at a discount. Half the items don't have price tags and if you ask for the price she is super unhelpful and makes faces at you for asking! Definitely not going into this store again!"
