"Even though I work at WHBM, the ladies at the Woodfield store treated me as an important guest today! I was able to experience the enthusiasm and care with which they treat each customer. They suggested different looks and even shoes that pair with the selections I already had, and were able to find sizes I needed to try, so that I could order what I needed!"

"I needed to return an item and had to use a replacement credit card, since the original card was compromised and cancelled. WHAT AN ORDEAL!! They refused to process the return. Had to spend a half hour while they tracked the purchase!! Wasted a LOT of my time!!! What a stupid policy. Will not shop here again. Ever."
