"Tried to get a Covid test, then was told I needed an appointment even though it says not required online (and I was the only one there). I then made an appointment only to find out that there was nobody on staff able to administer the test at that location. Thanks for the loss of money and no results :) Btw, it’s downright criminal that you charge TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for Covid tests now…."
