"Absolute zero comprehension of what they're doing in the pharmacy. Belittled me when I called for a prescription, refused to help, and then hung up on me. Do not go here. CVS, Community Pharmacy, S and J, and Premium Family Pharmacy are all places that are much more helpful and accommodating than these criminals. Might wanna check where their stock of prescription medication is going while they're at it."

"Worst customer service ever. Submitted my order online they said it would be ready the next day. Called to make sure the next day bc it still wasn't ready in the app. Called them said it would be ready that night. Went up there they said they had to order it and it would be 3 days before I got it. Next month same thing except I called to confirm they would have it they said they did then same thing had to wait 3 days to order it. When I asked what the deal was bc I had called the said that it happens often and the call center doesn't know exactly what they have in stock. Not to mention just getting them on the phone is a good 20 min wait minimum. And they are so rude when after everything I was so nice. If I could give negative stars I would! Changing pharmacys as soon as possible!"

"Tried to ascertain if they had stock of a controlled substance so that I would be able to fill my prescription before sending it over. Person I spoke to claimed law prevented them from giving that information. And yet, literally every other pharmacy gave that information. Gross."
