"My doctor recommended this place for my daughters’ prescription and when I called to get it filled I was greeted with attitude right off the bat. Sara was downright rude and so impatient with me. She kept sighing because I didn’t understand what information she needed from me. It was so unprofessional, I don’t know why any doctor would recommend this place and Sara clearly doesn’t know how to be respectful or professional with her patients. I was truly appalled that you would employ someone like her to deal with patients. Do better."

"Called ahead to check their out of pocket price on a medication for my daughter. I was quoted one price but after making the 20min drive I find out the price is actually 20% more. When asking why the price went up they gave me a ridiculous excuse thinking I am clueless and I don’t understand how things work. I ended up purchasing the medication anyways because I already made the drive but I am guessing this is how they get people. Good ol bait and switch I hope it was worth it"

"Love this pharmacy! They mail order my meds next day to my home in Pennsylvania. Great prices and everyone that I have spoken to were very courteous and friendly on the phone. Two of my docs in PA use them. They call you and text you and are on top of things. Highly recommend!"

"My dr sent over a prescription for me and the pharmacy called my phone, not recognizing the number I answered and the woman told me where she was calling from. She spoke hardly loud enough to hear without rain and it sounded like she just woke up and didn’t want to be at work today. I told her I was just about to load my kids into the car and it was pouring rain so I could barely hear her and asked her if she would “call me back in a few seconds” so I could get my kids loaded. She snapped at me with “I don’t know what your idea of a few seconds is so WHEN do you want me to call back ma’am? “ in the most condescending tone possible. I immediately called my dr to let him know how his patients are being treated at the pharmacy he recommended so he can stop recommending a place that treats customers like this, and he switched my script somewhere else. I was kind to you and you talked to me like I was garbage, do better."
