"Best service I’ve ever had at any pharmacy bar none."

"Horrible! Store mgr, Alan, started yelling at me (woman in early 70's) that he did not have time to continually clean the ladies restroom cause of the homeless people in his area. There was paper all over the floor, overflowing garbage cans, sonic food wrapper on the sink and one sink was inoperable. I tried to explain that the restroom is filthy any time of every day that I have had to use it. I tried to be respectful and explain that women tend to gauge the cleanliness of a facility based on the condition of the restroom. I have never been so insulted and degraded as a customer. I will NEVER buy even one more thing in that store and will start making changes to my prescriptions. I am NOT an important customer, and neither are any of us. Shameful! Insulting! Disrespectful!"

"Staff was untrained, rude, and extremely dismissive. I was told my prescription for my pain medication would be ready in about an hour at 10:45am. At 11:45 I called and they gave me an additional 45 minute wait time. At about 1:45pm I went to the pharmacy and was told my prescription wasn't ready or flagged as urgent so I would have to wait another 30 minutes. Even though this was completely their fault, I received no apology and only a rude dismiss from a tech named Gabriella. When I finally got my prescription, they still had the wrong ones filled, even though I had explained I only needed one during every conversation that I had with them. The pharmacy manager Tim was also dismissive and the whole staff just seemed unfriendly and untrained. This pharmacy is as bad as everyone says! Even my dentist warned me about how bad they are, and I should have listened."

"The first person I talked to was really nice. But... David, a registered pharmacist at this location, is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. When I came up he was picking up the phone to call a doctor's office and the conversation went like this: David: we have a prescription here without a strength. ... David: That doesn't answer my question. Are you listening me? What's the strength? ... David: still haven't answered so question 1, are you listening at all, 2, what strength? ... David hangs up. At this point, I was a little nervous about how our interaction would go. He got peeved at the fact I didn't give him my coupon when he asked for insurance and was generally perturbed throughout our interaction. I really hope he's just having a bad day. I can't imagine Anyone living with that much anger and frustration on a day-to-day basis. Particularly someone who interacts with the public constantly. Prices are good, seems like other people are nice, I have no idea how David still has his job."
