"Update: I finally got my blood checked for lithium levels. I have thyroid issues due to lithium. Thanks vibrant minds for causing my health issues! I've been going for to this clinic for 3 years. She put me on lithium 2 years ago & never bothered to check lithium levels in my blood. I've had to also get my fiancé involved so she would take me seriously. She does not take notes. She took me off Lamictal & the next appointment she totally forgot & tried to raise my dosage. Way too expensive for the lack of care they have towards patients."

No one is answering the phone or returning messages, left me without medication for multiple days and had to contact my general practitioner for medication. Very irresponsible to leave your patients wondering if they will have medication that has very negative side effects if you just stop taking it."

"I found this psychiatrist to not be personable whatsoever. I saw her for about a year and had no improvement. After putting me on a certain antidepressant for four continues months I had no improvement and instead of changing my prescription i was told to wait it out. Even though my side effects were worse than what i was originally going through. On the first initial visit I was asked a series of questions and in response I got judgmental facial expressions. She had "forgotten" to send my prescription to my pharmacy- I was told it was waiting in the outbox waiting to be sent. I do not recommend Karen Seroussi, I do not feel that she deserves to hold this title since she doesn't properly fulfill her job requirements."
