Spine and Sports Physical Therapy

"This review is long overdue. Dr. Greg House is top notch. Yes, he shares a name with a TV doctor, but trust me, he is not grumpy like the TV doctor and he’s real :) I have been to many physical therapists in my day. And while none of them were bad, Dr. House rises way above all the rest. I was referred to him by a friend of a friend when my back seized up. I was preparing for a series of big hikes in northern Arizona, but I couldn’t function hardly at all with just regular daily tasks. Dr. House knew my goal was to be able to do these hikes in Arizona and took all the right steps to get me to that goal successfully. Of course, the patient has to put in the work as well, which I did. But he tailored the PT to my level and needs, which is very important. Some physical therapists have a checklist and give the same routine to everyone. Dr. House knew my limitations and strengths and tailored the physical therapy accordingly. I was able to do the big hikes without any issues! My back has seized up twice since I “graduated” in Spring of 2023, but when I do the exercises he gave me, the issue is short lived. I highly recommend Dr. Greg House for any of your physical therapy needs! Thank you Dr. House!"

"Six months ago I came to Dr House for help with knee, neck, and back pain. At that time, I had dreams of walking 1 mile without sitting to rest. Six months later, I walk at least 1 - 3 miles a day, sometimes up to 5 miles without stopping once. Dr House continues to inspire and motivate me every week - check me out at the top of Enchanted Rock last weekend! He strikes the perfect balance of challenging me while making sure I don’t over do it. I am accomplishing things today that I never knew my body was capable of. "Dr. House is the most thorough and dedicated Physical Therapist I have ever met. I was referred to PT for my Knee Pain and due to my work schedule, he was able to fit me later in day. Dr. House personally worked with me one on one for each visit and taught me the exercises to get rid of my pain. This is not one of those Corporate Physical Therapy Companies that employ PT Assistants who "work" with you at the same time they are treating three other patients."

"I’ve have managed to tear up a number of body parts over my lifetime so I’m very (too?) familiar with physical therapy and physical therapists. Without a doubt Dr. Greg House is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. His extensive knowledge of body function (nervous, skeletal, muscular systems) is extraordinary, and his exercises are spot on. I’ve been going for to him the last half of the year and have made very good progress with his help. He is also the first PT I’ve ever had with a PhD. In the past I’ve had several PT’s that had two clients at the same time jumping back and forth during each session. With Dr. House, you have his undivided attention.
