"I really wanted to like this dental office but the substandard care & disorganization with this office is unacceptable. I even offered to help them organize their office so that they would not have to dig around through multiple boxes looking for tools, etc needed for the appointment. Guess they can't think ahead of the appointment time to get everything needed out? I needed a bridge & night guard. It took multiple appointments & long wait times in between appointments to get the bridge right from their lab. Plus the dentist is only in the office part time. So just getting the bridge took a long time. After I finally get the right bridge in, they make a mold for a night guard. The office was aware that I had broken teeth due to grinding & in fact needed the bridge due to my excessive grinding of my teeth at night. I showed them the specific night guard I had from a previous dental office that was specifically made for my hard teeth grinding. They stated I'd receive another similar night guard. Well the night guard I received was in no way similar whatsoever. They made it in house & was paper-thin & flimsy. I told the dentist that I would bite through that night guard in no time & asked him why I was told I'd receive the same type of night guard that I previously had? He stated it wouldn't be a problem to get a night guard like the one I previously had but that I had to wait until I bit through his flimsy one first or he'd lose money & not get paid for that one. Not true! I felt sorry for them until I figured out his scam! He charged my insurance for a proper night guard which was not a proper nightguard due to it being paper thin & not appropriate to protect my teeth whatsoever & my insurance only covers 1 night guard every 36 months! The dentist refused to order me an appropriate night guard or make appeal to my insurance when he knew he was wrong & frauded me & my insurance in the first place! The night guards bought in grocery stores are thicker than the one he made in his office! I do not recommend this dentist or office! He'll cut corners to increase his profits but to the detriment of his patients! The disorganization is also disgusting. They're only concern is making profits off their patients & scamming insurance!"
"I have always had an amazing experience at this dental office. Dr. Gress is amazing and I highly recommend visiting this office the next time you need a cleaning or dental work. Definitely will be going back and referring my family and friends."
"First off, I was scheduled to wait 10 days for my appointment but when the pain in my tooth worsened (because I'd gotten an infection), they were able to make an opening for me the next day. Dr. Gress made me feel very comfortable with my first root canal. It was a comfortable and quick procedure, taking less than an hour total for xray, numbing, and the root canal. Prior to the root canal I had had 8.5/10 pain and was alternating acetaminophen/ibuprofin around the clock. After the procedure, I was warned that I may have some residual pain but I have had no pain and have not taken a single pain med. Thank y'all!"
"This place is filthy. Right from the get go you can tell they are only concerned with taking your insurance and out of pocket... once you get inside, the x-ray room is just gross.. the chair was ripped and there is garbage all over the counters. There was plastic trash in the sink as well. The x-ray tech was friendly but did a blunt job, and I now have a cut in my mouth that I'm hoping will not progress into some kind of an infection. The dentist saw me for less than 10 minutes. I was told my insurance would pay most of the bill, but they took about 60% out of pocket up front and told me to go collect the rest. They are owned by 'economy dental'. Do some google searching an see the real reviews."
"Set up an appointment for my 5 year old daughter yesterday. Went in today and got through most of the new patient paperwork to find one page that is a release stating that I cannot go into the room with her. I am not comfortable with not being able to meet the dr or know what is going on, not to mention that my daughter was terrified. Told the receptionist that I had a problem with it. Was told to sit down and finish the paperwork. for the next 15 minutes I had my concerned brushed off by every member of the office staff until they tried to pull my daughter in for the x-rays, right after stating again that I did not want her going in by herself. Ended up walking out after pulling my daughter out of school and wasting 30 minutes in their waiting room."
