"Dr. Michael Balat has been a lifesaver. I was on the verge of needing a blood transfusion when I came to him, very sick and suffering from excessive bleeding due to uterine fibroids. I’d already had several procedures with different gynecologist with no relief. Dr. Balat is extremely knowledgeable in fibroids and an excellent surgeon. He removed the fibroids and inserted and IUD. Three years later I am no longer anemic and have not bled since. The surgery process and recovery was a breeze. Dr. Balat’s bedside manner is excellent and I always enjoy going in for my yearly paps. He is sure to ask how I’m doing and address any and all concerns. If I am experiencing issues, his staff is always quick to get me an appointment and I never have to wait long. It’s hard to find good doctors that genuinely care. I’m so grateful I found this doctor and wouldn’t go to anyone else!"
