"If I could do a no star that’s definitely what I’d give them. There so called manager Dominque needs to step down when she doesn’t know how to handle and receive constructive feedback in the areas that she needs to improve in. Being a Manager, she definitely doesn’t know how to train staff either and will lie on you because you’ve provided her feedback on what and how she needs to handle things in that office. Because of that she wants to dismiss someone for behavior when in fact it’s her own behavior that does not sit well when dealing with sick individuals and not feeling well. No one used bad language or anything else of that nature but her response was just to dismiss the patient. First of all, with insurance a person can go anywhere but you’re still left with a manager who doesn’t know how to handle situations like a BOSS. Will pray for you and your patients you mistreat there."
"Not the best place to see a doctor. I was not happy with the so-called service. Walked into some worker yelling about a personal problem. Then I arrived more than 30 minutes before my appointment. SIGNED THE PAPERWORK, and then I was informed that I had a 10-minute Grace period. They do not have tap to pay, and because I didn't have payment in hand, I was told to reschedule because it had gone pass the 10 minutes. What a joke...nope, will not do this again."
"Whoever answers the phone needs to be re-trained. I tried scheduling my post-partum appointment she said I couldn’t because I went to a different hospital and they were unable to follow up on me because I didn’t go to Methodist even though I had all my OB appointment with them. What the hospital ended up telling me is that it didn’t matter I could schedule with whoever but I would have to contact golden cross, If I had not scheduled an appointment with the hospital I wouldn’t have had a follow up. Desk lady is lazy I presume. They also cancel your appointments with no notification or email but call a billion times about confirming if you’re still going. When I had once asked to speak to my doctor about a concern they told me “ma’am who told you, you can speak to your doctor” in a rude tone I didn’t say anything afterwards I wasn’t even rude I just wasn’t aware you can’t speak to your doctor directly and would have completely understood, but the unnecessary attitude was what did it for me."
"This place changes your appointment times without contacting you to ask if that’s okay, sets appointments for you without even asking if that day works for you. You don’t see the same Dr every visit. Also I had to get a cerclage and they told me that a certain doctor would be doing it but when I arrived at the hospital it was an unfamiliar doctor I’d never seen before and haven’t seen since. You’ll tell them you don’t want male doctors and guess what they do? Schedule you with male doctors. I wish I never picked this place as my obgyn. The nurses are so nice and DR. WARREN (high risk pregnancy specialist on 1st floor) IS AMAZING that’s the only good thing I’ve got to say about this place. If I ever decide to get pregnant again I will not be coming here. This is the craziest stuff I’ve ever seen in my life. Who wants to see multiple different doctors? Who wants to get a serious procedure done by a doctor who you don’t even approve of? Changing my appointment times and not even asking if it that time works is insane and not effective. Tired of this place, I can’t wait to give birth. Probably gonna be some random strange doctor I’ve never seen in my life who delivers my baby and I’m sad about that. I made the worst decision choosing this clinic. Please go somewhere else moms!!"
"Pregnancy is so scary after so much loss, 2 still births, 3 miscarriages i was overwhelmed with fear. Dr. Margaret A. Warren, DO watched and supervised my entire high risk pregnancy. The resident Dr. Audrey Phan who delivered baby, and did most of my ob appts. I gave birth to perfect healthy babygirl. I don’t plan another pregnancy but if it happens this is definitely the place i would come to again."
