"I had an issue with scheduling but was very happy they called me back to correct the issue. I spoke with the practice manager and wow she was wonderful and explained the whole situation. I am very happy they explained the issue. I have a new schedule appointment and satisfied."
"Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional in every way. The doctor was thorough and explained everything about my husband’s options. The nurse, Lorena, went above and beyond helping us get an appointment for a MRI of his neck. Thanks so much!!"
"Had micro discectomy in February 2021 week of the winter storm. Dr. K told me I would be walking within a couple of days. Now little back story. Disabled veteran with this injury for over 12 years. Told me they could fix me. At this point; Age 32 and dealing with this pain for over a decade. Said why not. Couldn’t walk for over 2 months after the surgery. So 1 week after the surgery they made me take an MRI. While at the doctors visit reviewing my MRI. Dr. K says. Well that’s not good someone get Dr. Richards. Leaves the room and doesn’t return. Was informed the surgery was a complete failure and could be worst off then I was before. Told me I needed a back fusion now. So I read the reviews on this place; which I should of done before hand. Horrible reviews. We decided then to wait a year and maybe it will heal a little better and they would continue to prescribe my medicine to me and keep seeing me. I had to quit my job because I couldn’t move as I used to, lost my insurance and pulled my retirement to just survive. I now get told that they will no longer be prescribing me Medication nor will they see me without insurance. Keep in mind. Last few visits I had to pay out of pocket just for them to tell me what we already knew. They wanted more X-rays for me to pay for out of pocket and now refuse to see me until I get insurance again. Thanks for helping a disabled veteran out."
"My experience with Trinity Spine and Orthopedic has been amazing! The office staff and the doctors have provided me with the best care I ever received from a medical facility. This is my second surgery from Dr. Larry M. Kjeldgaard and his staff. Each time, the process was made easy because of their professional excellence, compassion and response. I am grateful for the care they provided me."
"People should have fun at work as long as it's not at the expense of their clientele. It is fine to not be able to accommodate a particular appointment. You are running a business and that is normal. But it is another thing to show up for your appointment and hear the staff talking bad about that request as you are sitting in the patient room waiting for the doctor to arrive. Walls are thin, and it is tough to feel good about the care you are receiving knowing there are several staff laughing at your expense right outside. I thought twice before posting this review. The doctor has been very nice and helpful both times I've been here. However, I shouldn't have the check out staff busting out laughing at what was clearly an instant message sent from the other end of the office. Presumably at my expense? Maybe I'm reading a bit much into it, but there are plenty of qualified orthopedics, and I'd love to give my business to one that I feel tries to help accommodate me, and certainly one that actually respects that I'm bringing my business to them. Unfortunately for the good doctor, your whole staff factors into the service you provide, and they are arguably more than half the experience."
