"Brought my 07 Mustang for electrical issues. Site manager said I need a new battery. I didn't believe him. I thought it was something else and that they were just going to start replacing parts to figure out the electrical gremlin. He was right. A new battery resolved a couple issues. I wanted to replace the alternator too but he just fixed exactly what needed to get fixed."

"Stay away! My son went here with his car and paid for an estimate because his car was leaking oil. They offered to fix the seal for $628. On top of that they said his car needed a new ball joint and 2 struts. All ball joints, control arms, and struts were just changed in 2021. They have less than 15,000 miles on them bc he rarely drives the car. For 2 struts and 1 ball joint they told him $1,650. It’s no secret those numbers are extremely inflated by them (they marked up the parts 4 times what they cost from a retailer) but all 3 of those jobs are in the same area. They did not think he would realize that the labor hours were wrong. For instance, that ball joint has to be removed to access the seal they were wanting to replace. Why pay for double labor? Then they supposedly found other “issues” but I had another mechanic look at the car and he said none of that was needed. Only the seal needed replacing. This Firestone tried to charge him a grand total of $6800!!! On a Chevy. For a simple seal that we got fixed for less than $300. It seems that they tried to take advantage because they assumed a young kid doesn’t know what he was talking about. Shameful business practices and extremely inflated fees and markups. They also could have suggested him to file a warranty claim if those newer looking parts really needed to be changed. But they wouldn’t have made money on that so they weren’t upfront about it. No reason for a 400% markup on parts let alone parts that the car didn’t need. I wouldn’t let them do a simple oil change on any of my cars"

"Left my car there last Wednesday and was informed that it would be done the next day then I called and they said it wouldn't be done till the day after and that just kept repeating until I went off and it took about a week to finish my car. And with that being said I was WAY OVER CHARGED for just a regular check up, oil change and spark plugs. I was charged 3,300 and some change. I will never bring my car back to this shop, worst Firestone ever! Extremely Over priced big time and incompetent workers took too long . I highly recommend going somewhere else I had to pay an additional $1230 on top of the 3300$ that Firestone charged me for a flat tire initially"
