"I have been a Firestone customer for a long time. I go nowhere else. The staff at the store I visited were very kind. And even though the news wasn’t what I wanted to hear, it gave me great peace to know that they confirmed what the repair needed to be. In fact, they even had the master mechanic recheck the initial results to confirm the problem. The facility was neat and clean. The employees were kind and friendly and the wait time was what was predicted. I will always come to Firestone for my tires. And to top it all off, I called in the morning for an appointment and they were able to fit me in that afternoon!"

"do not waste your money at firestone - ive been to this firestone 3 different times and each time they were extremely rude and unhelpful and tried to overcharge me, ended up quoting me 4K+ for what i later found out was a less than a $1K fix at my other shop. i hired them to replace my rack and pinion and they did a bad job at it so the power steering fluid began leaking and i had to take it to another shop to get that fixed, which i was lucky didn't cause serious damage to my car. in general they were not thorough with my car, they missed issues and their explanations of the issues they did find were insufficient. i would really really recommend Roman Auto Parts on Diversey in Chicago if you need work done, they will work with you to build a long term plan to take care of your car and are extremely thorough and affordable family business, complete opposite of my experience at firestone."
