"They don’t try to tell you something is wrong just to get money. They legit just fix whatever’s wrong, and actually try to save you money. They tell you all your options, and pros and cons of each one. I’ve moved to another town, but still come here because I trust them (not all meineke locations are the same, this one has a mix of good people working there). I’ve actually thought stuff was wrong with my car, where they told me it was fine, and doesn’t need to be fixed. Or told me it was a different problem that cost LESS to fix. In other words, they have integrity, and care more about fixing the actual problem than scamming people who put their trust in them. I don’t trust easily, but this place has earned mine."

"Good place… if you want to be overcharged. My tire blew out, so I took my car to them. They charged me $228 for replacing ONE TIRE, which cost them $76 (I saw their invoice + it was a cheap one - Kenetica). They claimed the tire cost is $177 plus all the fees, labor, etc. Despite my attempts to communicate via emails and calls, they ignored me. My review: I do NOT recommend."

"I am relatively new to the wonderful Meineke car care center, but I am thrilled I found it!!! They are wonderful to work with, fast, caring, professional as they should be (but a welcome change to most nowadays!) but what impresses me the most is their HONESTY!! I am a single older woman and asked questions regarding the longevity of my brakes and tires and they honestly answered my questions and didn't try to upsell me anything!!! MOST impressive! I started coming to this location as the dealers service was getting to be horrible and they were so rude and uncaring. I am SO glad I found this gem of a shop - the people, the service and location are all topnotch!!! Try with every confidence!!!"

"I had a long list of things go wrong the day before my birthday, one being one of my tires very low on pressure. I work a few doors down from Meineke, so I gave them a call. Alex said he was very busy but kindly fit me in. Seemed like he was working the front counter, answering phones, and doing all the work on the cars all by himself when I got there. He still managed to diagnose the problem and fix up my tire before the end of the work day, all for a great price. Can’t tell you how thankful I am!"

"I knew I needed a new muffler, but it was only because I went to Meineke that I found out that my frame was dangerously rusted out. When I went to Midas for an estimate, they didn’t even mention it. You can trust the guys at Meineke and they also will try to keep the cost down. Because of this, I ended up trading in the car. However, they will always have my business."
