CVS Pharmacy 3403 82nd Street, Lubbock, TX 79423

"The pharmacist at this store was extremely rude when my husband and son went to pick up a prescription. He was shouting aggressively at them when my husband asked a question about payment. This was unnecessary and very unprofessional."

"Extremely dissatisfied with the way the pharmacy handled things. Communication was subpar and overall experience was terrible. My prescription was supposed to be ready at 4 P.M. and yet they never filled it out and put my prescription on hold without notifying me. They told my brother when he went to go pick it up that they were going to call me telling me it was on hold and I never received a phone call. I called to get the prescription transfered and we're still less than willing to cooperate with me. Not the first time I've had a bad experience getting my prescription here but this took it over the top."

"I've been going to this pharmacy for years only because they had good customer service compared to the other locations. Recently they hired new female techs with attitudes that are giving this location a bad reputation. Hope that is taking care of soon. Mrs Kim and Dien seem to be the only ones that give great customer service. Both very nice, helpful and knowledgeable at what they do. Thank you both. Stay Blessed!"

"On hold for 20 minutes then drove to cvs, still on hold, by the time I arrived I had been on HOLD FOR 28 MINUTES! There were 4 people working in the pharmacy and NOT 1 person could answer the phone! Oh forgot to mention this was my 1st visit at this location, looks like I'll have to find another pharmacy."
