"I went to this location to purchase a suit for my son. The sales person was very helpful. We ended up on one the most expensive suits the store offered. I asked the sales person if there was any sales that day or a discount available. The sales person explained that the only one who could authorize a discount was the store manager and directed me to her. I introduced myself and told her what we were purchasing and asked her for a 10% discount. She immediately told me there are no discounts. I told here I will be bringing my other son in later to purchase another suit and she said that meant nothing and there were no discounts period. The fact that she refused to discount the suit is not the problem. The way this women spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. I was a interruption of her work and not the purpose of it. She turned her back on me and walked away. Before I left I approached her and asked her what her name was she said her name was Allison. When I asked her what her last name was she refused to give it to me. And turned her back on me again. Customer service and relationships are the foundation of every business. I wonder how many other people she has treated in that fashion. This person should not be talking to customers."

"I cannot possibly tell you how amazing this store is. Reese is one of the best suit salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. A consummate professional with a gift of gab, in the best way possibly, he treats you more like family than another sale. To the management, we could use him in Denver if a management position ever opens up. I’m on the way to a wedding from out of town and I’m a little sad to leave for back home now. Knowledgeable, kind, and passionate: y’all are lucky to have this gentleman."

"I say this as professionally as I can. There were signs all about the store on tables saying 25% off for the holiday sale. On one of the many tables were a bunch of pants, so I went to check out with them. I get rung up full price and say that doesn’t match the sale they have. The cashier says that it’s only for the sweaters. I show her all the signs don’t mention anything about the sweaters, nor that it’s only for them. She insists that’s all it’s for, even though there are pants all over each table and not just the sweaters. Reasons such as this are why I don’t enjoy coming here to shop. I was happy to spend the $120+ on pants, but the advertising was staged in a way to make you checkout thinking you’d get a deal, realize you weren’t going to, and ‘hopefully’ you’ll cave in and pay the full price. I’m sorry, but I’m just not going to give in to a tactic like that. So I left and purchased my clothing elsewhere. If your store has advertising only for a specific item, then the advertisement should, at the very least, make that clear."

"Had appointment for a consultation for my wedding. Talked to 3 employees who acted like they had no idea about the appt. Finally got help. Asked a few questions about rental options and the employee told us to “come back when you know what you’re looking for” and pointed us towards the door. Extremely poor service and will not return."

"The staff here is ALWAYS nice and very helpful. I always end up buying more than what I had planned because of the clearance section. If you're needing big and tall clothing and wanting a nice friendly staff, this is the place to be."
