"Ordered items online and picked up in the store. Great selection but I believe some items are overpriced for the quality."

"The store clerk was rude & would not bring my order to the car but could not explain why or when this policy had supposedly changed. Very dismissive & unhelpful. And the website says this location still offers curbside pickup. I'd be very disappointed for this policy change to have been made without notice to loyal shoppers in the midst of a pandemic - especially by a store that services parents with small children. I will spend my money at places that value the safety & convenience of their customers."

"I've only visited twice. I usually shop online. But each time the staff was friendly and courteous. If you like the brand it won't be a wasted trip. Prices seem to be marked high to make the sale prices reasonable. Either way I purchased most of the brands they carry for my grandson."

"Carter's return policy is 100% clear on their official website. With proper gift receipt and within 90 days of purchase, it should be a no hassle refund. We expected to get the refund on a gift card for future use when we decide what we needed after baby was born and we had a better idea on what clothing items were needed. My wife was 8 months pregnant and returning a single outfit with the proper gift receipt within 90 days. The line was long, the store was hot, and the woman working refused to give store credit. They said only an exchange at the current time was possible and Carter's doesn't give store credit. My wife was hungry and 8 months pregnant then searched the store for something my might need but was very stressed in this situation and began crying when the woman started suggesting certain seasonal things and other items we did not need. Eventually, she said she would figure out how to get her a gift card and the situation resolved. However, this is NOT how it is supposed to be."
