"We love this store, but moving their apparel to Ballpark Village."

"I like the products and designs, the stores are great, customer service and online are terrible. This was a great store when they were small and local. They've started to list some items on their website that are not available in store and are online only. Unfortunately, on these items you can't even order them for in-store pickup and are required to pay for shipping direct to your address which is rather wasteful in terms of the effort, resources and money for all. Not very local, especially when you realize the items are not made locally or even out shipping locally, but shipping from another state. Doing this also introduces the issue with logistics. I had an item that went from Kentucky to Ohio to St. Louis to Washington state. I'm located in St. Louis. When I approached Arch Apparel about this delayed and off-track order it was a frustrating experience as there is no phone number for online orders, people in store are sympathetic, but have no way to help with an online order and only offer the option to email info@archapparel. This email appears to be monitored by Sadie Redman their district manager. Though the item was way off-track and past an expected delivery date Sadie turned to one of the weakest excuses a company that offers online shipping can and disclaimed any responsibility for the issues once it has left their hands and blamed it on USPS noting that I'd have to wait until USPS declared the package lost and a claim filed on their end before Arch Apparel could look to offer a remedy. It blows my mind when a company somehow feels like they owe no relief and have no responsibility for actions of their chosen delivery company. Those that do so are often large corporation, not your local shops that you shop at for usually superior customer service. Even when noting this was a present for a child's birthday that was going to be late the response I received was that it would take them 5-10 business days to ship out a replacement, which makes no sense other than to deter me for asking for such a remedy as it only took a couple of days to ship out the initial order. Most local places would offer to ship out a new item on a rush basis to make it right, even Amazon and large retailers would attempt to make this right. In short, this company is small and customer oriented in name and advertising only. You might as well shop Etsy or any drop ship retailer for t-shirts and it'll be cheaper and you'll at least have a better remedy should something go wrong. Happy to provide all receipts and correspondence if there's any doubt or dispute of the facts here."

"Placed an order for the Blues Vintage Tour Crew Neck, which is supposed to be a “Champion” brand sweatshirt. When I received it, it was a brand less cheaply made knock off, and not the product advertised or described on the website.They even ripped off the tag so that I didn’t know what brand it actually was. DOWN RIGHT FRAUDULENT."
