"I bought the first season of their show and wished we had a great luxury resale store in my area. I looked them up and found The Vault! They had just started speaking of it in the show. I shopped and found a little Louis Vuitton that I had to have . Within a few minutes my order was already pulled off site and was being shipped. The service was quicker than any luxury designer site that I had shopped before. I already feel like I am appreciated as a customer. I love this store and if I am ever in the area , I will be in to shop! I only wish I could bring in my luxury designer goods that I no longer use. Perhaps you could have people send you their items after you have a FaceTime consultation with the client. Anyway , just a thought. Thank you for making my day!"

"The Vault is definitely one of my favorite stores in St. Louis! They have so many quality/high end items to choose from and the prices are affordable! Inventory changes daily so if you can’t find something one day - definitely come back. The staff is so helpful and friendly and I love their heart for giving back. I have both bought and sold items and frequently receive compliments on the pieces I have found here!"

"So! I like and hate this store! These people are too friendly and are great non-pushy sales associates. Amazing selection and for a dude to comment high an upscale place says something. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because as we we're leaving the store... a friendly employee said, " Don't forget about our online store." Then my wife saw a bag on the back counter and inquired about it and we bought it!!!!! P.S. thanks."
