"The in store purchase I made was great, I’m enjoying my shoes. However, before I made that in store purchase, the reason I had to make an in store purchase, I purchased the same exact shoes online. Apparently whoever handled my online purchase added a few numbers to my original tracking number, which created a whole new tracking number. Then sent the shoes I originally ordered somewhere else and sent me a completely different shoe. But wait there’s more. I did an in store return, that no one has any record of. I was told by the assistant manager and the customer service representative that the assistant manager called to assist him with my online purchase, that’s now an in store return, that I would receive my money back via the original payment form in 7-10 business days. After 7-10 business days I called customer service and informed them that I haven’t received my refund. Now there’s an investigation going on and they’ll get back to me with an answer in 3-5 business days. To be continued…."

"Ordered shoes in store in March to be delivered to my home. Shoes never arrived. As of today May 6th I’ve still haven’t received shoes or a refund. I’ve been to my local store front 4 times regarding matter. I’ve called customer service and the sales associates called customer service for me as well. Won’t be patronizing the Hibbett brand in the future."
