"Jersey Mike's is one of those quintessential go to, fast food, east coast hoagie and cheese steak Sammy fixing places. You'll always, generally, find them clean, customer service generally three to five star ( depending upon the age of the server behind the counter), but ever big smiles on their faces, and consistently pretty darn good all over the country. I discovered Jersey Mike's as a local franchise and have since bumped into them all over the nation. Good job guys for that East Coast Philly fix!"

"Sub was delicious, super fresh ingredients all around. But the service was what really made it 5 stars. Grant at the counter was awesome. Greeted as I walked through the door and was super helpful as I walked through my odd order. Will definitely be back."

"I come here every now and then, on a biweekly basis I’d say! There’s a reason for that, and it’s not just for the incredible food honestly (I always get a #13 on white but today I tried the rosemary parmesan) and that was really really good!!! But I love the staff that works here honestly. The supervisor/manager (I don’t know what his name is) but he needs a vacation though at some point please!!! I will always come back to Jersey Mikes, and when I go, at times I give very gracious tips when I can give it so hopefully I can do that very soon for the team again. Keep up the great work you guys!!"

"Took nearly half hour for a hot sandwich. 1 guy on the grill who was overly anxious. Wasn’t even cooking for at least 10-15 minutes working on other items. Wouldn’t let a co-worker grill. After 25 minutes offered a cookie. Meal should have been comped. Even asked how long and no real response. Won’t go back to this location."

"I did a mobile order and it was super easy! My order was ready when I arrived! I had the roast beef sandwich and it was good, maybe need some sauces with it! I forgot to do it online! Well, I guess I need to go back!"
