"I’m only giving it 2 stars only because the guy that was managing the VR game was being a total a** H**e to me & my 9 year old daughter. She was excited to play that game for her first time & i don’t know if the worker was in a bad mood but at the end of the game my daughter told me when he was taking her head set off he was pulling it too hard & shaking her head side to side where it hurt her. I didn’t see it because I still had my head set on because I didn’t know how to take it off. He was being unprofessional & I did not like his attitude! That’s all I have to say about him. I went around 8pm. So whoever was working that game at that time needs to work on his attitude & the way he treats people. This was on 02/24/2024 (Saturday night)"

"Best and newest video games around. Great bar to watch sports with a large selection of drinks. Restaurant with wonderful menu choices. Great and friendly customer service. Use Dave and Buster app for greater convenience. VR ride is fun. Elevator access to second floor for handicap individuals. Plenty of parking."

"It has been a while since I've been to a Dave & Busters and I did not regret it. The dimly lit dining area, atmosphere, the amazing food and drink selection, and friendly staff made for a delightful late dinner. Highly recommend. 5 stars across the board."

"Each time we end up at one of these places I question my sanity. Now let's be honest I don't know any kids that wouldn't enjoy themselves. The place is good size with hundreds of games. We went right after they opened since we had stuff to do later in the day. The staff that we bought our cards from were very nice and helpful. The place was super clean and almost all the games were working properly. They have a huge dining area, but the kids didn't want to eat there so we played for an hour and moved on. I will say that either the games are to much per play or they should give you more credits for your money. I get it they need to make money, but it's definitely on the high side especially for some of the games that are dated and last 2 seconds. We try and limit our visits here, but let's be honest we'll be back eventually."
