Teriyaki Madness

"I ordered two bowls on the app. When I arrived on the ready time, I was told “they are still working on it”. 15 minutes later, I asked again and was told my order was given to another guest by mistake. When I asked for a refund, the cashier told me she had to get a manager. Another person (who was very rude) told me she couldn’t issue a refund because it was an online order but assured me ANOTHER manager will refund my order the next day. I also emailed the corporate website for clarity… Still haven’t received my refund. That’s all I needed to know about this company. I will not be returning again."

"Stopped by on Wednesday 02/06! And was greeted and attended by Mercedes. She was SUPER kind and attentive with my order! Very grateful she took my needs seriously since I fast on Wednesday's/Friday's & can only eat vegan. She went above & beyond to make sure my needs were meet! & as I was waiting I noticed how clean the area is. & once I got my order it came out so fresh; plan on visiting again! & thank you for the great experience!"

"Wow! Just WOW. The food was delicious had the spicy orange chicken bowl with fried rice and veggies. At first bite of the orange chicken I was struck with huge flavor and it was through every bite. The establish was very clean and nice. After eating the orange chicken I for sure want to come back and try out the rest of the menu great experience !"

"Just got in to Chicago to tour Lake Forest with my son and we stopped here during a snow storm to grab a bite to eat. I had Chicken Teriyaki (large) while my son order Salmon and Steak (large) both with fried rice. While both portions were huge, the food was just okay. It actually reminded me of mall food which might be their target audience. I just thought differently at a $50 price tag. Either way, the service was nice and fast and we were on our way."
