"Went to dinner this evening after passing this establishment many times. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The skirt steak was melt in your mouth butter soft- tender and juicy. It was accompanied by beans that were extremely tasty. I really enjoyed the chimichuri. The plantains were a good end to the meal. You need to stop and eat at this establishment. It will not disappoint!"

"What a fun place. The drinks were spectacular. The food was prepared meticulously - much different than your average 'taco place"... The chefs will cook to order - tweaking ingredients to your tastes. The owner and manager extremely friendly - and the place transforms to a club later in the evening. If you like Margaritas this is a great stop. We'll be back... Jerry H."

"No Latin personnel…Not authentic!! No vegan options!! We arrived on Tuesday, (Taco Tuesday) around 5pm. The restaurant was empty. It was only 2 other couples there. The host walked us to the back of the restaurant; Passed all the open booths to take us to a table. I should have known it wasn’t going to be a good experience!! The waiter offered us chip, salsa and guacamole. When these items arrived, the guacamole was like baby food. I’ve purchased guacamole from Jewels that taste better!! Our order arrived, I had 2 baby shrimp tacos, which they chopped up the shrimp into these small pieces, a scoop of rice, a salad with blue cheese dressing and a condiment bowl of beans. My husband had enchiladas and the same sides. He ordered sour cream on the side. The same container the sour cream came in, our beans were in that container. The food isn’t authentic. The bill arrived, we were charged for the chips and salsa. Most restaurants, they are free and the nasty guacamole, (baby food) was $9. We left disappointed and still hungry!! Did I mention my husband picked this restaurant to try on his birthday?! Epic Fail!!"

"First visit to Santa 's Rubio Cantina. First impression was poor due to greeting at entrance. However the drinks were good, the food was delicious, didn't disappoint. I felt a favorable impression when I left. There was plenty of parking, clean restrooms. Didn't particularly care for wait staff costumes. I got the feeling it was all about the money to be made over customer satisfaction. I haven't decided if I'm going to return, or recommend this place. As the saying goes its how you're made to feel that stays with a person. I feel some kind of way about how I was treated at this establishment."
