"Deeply disappointed with this dunkin location. Despite placing an order for my 4-year-old's birthday cake a week in advance, the cake was not ready when I arrived for pickup. What's worse, they didn't even bother to call and inform me about the situation. I had to rush around town, desperately searching for an alternative, all because of their complete lack of responsibility and communication. I implore anyone considering their services to think twice – this place is a recipe for disappointment and frustration."

"This Dunkin frequently gets orders wrong and has no regard for their customers. I finally had it today when I ordered 2 large iced teas and they filled it to the top with ice so much so that I couldn’t get a straw in until some of it melted. Done with this place . Will drive the extra two minutes to the Dunkin on 151st and Bell anytime."

"DO NOT ORDER HERE. I Orderd here 2 times with Uber. Both times they messed up my order. The instructions are on the Uber app too. Between the order being wrong and products being damaged PRIOR to being put in the bag. I will never come to this location. The Uber eats drive also told me when I called him that alot of people have issues here. I called this dunkin to express the issue. And they blamed Uber and did not take responsibility for making the order incorrect. The employee I talked to here was very rude and disrespectful. Blaming Uber for an incorrect order and damaged product is not the way to handle it. I will be calling customer service to get my money back. Please do not come here"

"I waited exactly 15 minutes in the parking lot even though the line was empty for TWO orders of hashbrowns. And they had about 6 people working inside. Kills the whole purpose of fast service drivetru. This place needs a whole new staff that’s actually here to work."
