"Came here last week and horrible service. Lady at cashier stole over $30 and thought she can get away with it. After checking I noticed she gave the wrong amount and she refused to talk to me and wouldn’t open the window. Had to go inside to confront her and management wasn’t helpful. Please count your hard earned money before leaving. This is unacceptable!!! Staff needs to be fired and replaced or this Dunkin will not make it. Order was also wrong and had no taste."
