"I love this place! The sushi is delicious and the ramen is incredible. I have food intolerances and they happily make my ramen without noodles but they add their soup veggies to it and it's just absolutely delicious. I appreciate their efforts in allowing me to swap out the noodles. I know ordering ramen without the noodles is a weird request but they never hesitate and I can't thank them enough for it. The spicy Dan Dan is to die for. I highly recommend!!"
"The food is delicious always fresh . The workers are very friendly , their kitchen is very clean and organized. I’d recommend this place to everyone"
"The Dan Dan Ramen was delicious and exceptional and as good as yet unique from by the Dan Dan from Noodles inside the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas and Mapo in Naperville, Illinois."
"I've eaten ramen in many states... This is one of the most mediocre places I've ever been to. The woman was very sweet, but the restaurant is so slow. Our takeout order was supposed to be ready in 15-17 minutes and it still wasn't ready when I got there about 26 minutes later. There were 2 ladies at a table who had to switch their order to takeout because it was talking so long... Their egg is so old that it's shriveled and discolored. The kamaboko (the pretty little fish cake) is almost rubbery and also dried out. Personally, I find it odd that they put corn in the ramen, as a filler obviously, but okay.. the pork was more fat than meat. The broth, which is the most important part of the ramen, tasted like salt, and it was thick at the bottom of the broth when I poured it. Extremely unimpressive.. I'm sorry guys, but I'm honest with my reviews, and while it was edible it wasn't really enjoyable"
"It was my first time at Ichiban ramen and since my friend is a pescatarian, we decided to omit meat for our lunch. Atmosphere is so pretty and staff was nice and friendly. Since I speak Mandarin, we were able to communicate and they were so nice. We ordered the Agedashi tofu appetizer and it was so delicious with the house sauce. The fried tofu was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce was light and savory. I got the vegetarian ramen and tuna roll and both was fresh and delicious. My friend loved her shrimp tempura udon. I will definitely go back again just for their 1/2 ramen + 1 sushi roll lunch special. If you're in the neighborhood and crave ramen, I highly recommend Ichiban for both the food and the atmosphere. I hope to bring my hubby there so he can also try their sushi and ramen. I'm sure he will love it as well!"
